Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBest place I’ve found for gel yet, been happy every time.— just wanted to update my review, while the gel manicures are PERFECT, the nail techs tend to struggle with nail tips. I keep my natural nails a little longer and when they break I get a tip on the broken one. The tips are usually more thick than I’d like because of the foundation gel, which I could ignore for the manicure itself, but this time the “tipped” nail was SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than all of my real nails, and the tip itself was so short I could’ve just not got one (it’s $7 per finger). I normally would just file my nails myself so they match but the tip is so short I would lose the length of my real nail. TERRIBLE!! I’d like to give more stars cause I like the quality of nails BUT I AM BEING CONSTANTLY OVERCHARGED!! $78 MANICURE!!! Yes! That’s right no pedicure! When I asked why am I being charged $78 for manicure the lady informed me that they charge me $7 per tip I needed to repair!! $7???? Per tip??? I got 4 repaired since they broke! In my past salon I paid $10 for the full set! Here you pay $7 PER TIP! So I walked off with the most expensive manicure NUMEROUS TIMES! If it’s a full set! Ok I May understand. But not for 4 fake plastic tips for over $20! TERRIBLE RIP OFF!! Never again!!!

They do a fantastic job on my nails, I get more compliments on my nails than any other place, I don’t do anything extravagant, just simple color. By the time they’re done my nails are at even length and the nail Polish is even like the paint job for a car.

I made a 4:00 appointment with Lucy ( I also confirmed this appt) when I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment and Lucy was busy. I could wait for someone else but they could not tell me how long I would wait. Tried calling the owner would not answer my calls. Not very accommodating.

They didn’t remove any of the dead skin off my toes for my pedicure. The pedicure looks like I did it at home because of how the cuticles and dead skin looks. Looks dry and like an at home pedicure or even worse.

I needed a mani & pedicure. I knew the place I had usually gone to was not open on Sunday. I googled and reviewed so many of shops near me. This one was top ⭐️Rated. I called and was able to get in at the time I requested that same Sunday morning! It is a very nice salon, friendly staff, excellent service! The young woman who did my gel mani is definitely my new manicurist!
