One of my favorite nail salons in the area! I feel like they do a much better job than some of the other places nearby. My gel manicure doesn’t feel rushed and they actually make sure they do a good job rather than just slap on some polish. Plus, they rub your shoulders while your nails dry which is so relaxing and above and beyond ! Cindy is the best so ask for her!

I love this place. Sometimes they get super busy but that’s because they are good at what they do. I wouldn’t recommend tanning there. Not properly sanitized and isn’t legitimately established in their nail salon. Other than that I love everybody there. Mai and Cindy to a great job! Great pedicures also! I will remain a customer for as long as I’m local!!

I have been going to this salon for many years. My go to girl is cindy. She always does a fabulous job. This salon is VERY busy. They offer a variety of different things, gel manicures, pedicures, the list goes on and on. You have to have patience and time but it is definantly worth it. I used to walk in every 2 weeks. Now I just make an appointment ahead of time.

Its a hit and miss here. The owners do the best job obviously but everyone is very kind. You just have to emphasise exactly what you want with some of the workers. They give a nice back and neck massage while you are drying your nails. For the price, no other spa offers all this.

I have been going here for years. The past 6 months I have been going for gel manicures. Today was the end of the road. I made an appointment and I was taken as soon as i arrived. I was sitting with the solution on my nails to soften the gel polish. It should stay on about 10 min. A lady walked in requesting a Pedi so my nail tech left me to start the Pedi and left me sitting there for 50 min. Until I lost my cool and told them how i felt. It’s bad business to ignore someone and go start another person. That walk in had her pedi and left and I’m still getting my mani. Not fair at all and its BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

I recently moved and wanted to try a place closer to home. I actually am a certified nail tech. This place does not follow proper procedures. In addition before having them take care of my nails I asked if they could duplicate the design. The person said they could so I agreed to let them do my nails. They did the fill but no wash before they put the polish on. Then they could not duplicate the nail design even after I explained that it was not polish. The process requires that you put a clear coat and then pat the glitter on top and then you add the 2nd color by adding more clear coat and then adding the 2nd color of glitter. They had no idea what to do. I walked out with one coat of silver glitter polish and one coat of pink glitter polish. Definitely not a place I will visit again. I also recommend that anyone thinking of trying this place beware because they do not follow code.

First time walking into the salon, 2 people we working. Automatic red flag to me. Was told wait time was 30 minutes, almost a hour later, still waiting!! The lady continued with people who did not come until AFTER I was checked in and waiting. Those people did not have appointments!!!! Never again.

This place really isn’t the best. I’ve been to way better. I go to this place in schecksville who btw are AMAZING. I couldn’t get an appt with them so I came here. I simply asked if they would put glue at the tips of my nails so they don’t separate. The owner says no. Free service, but these guys refuse to do something this simple. I ask her to repair a nail, which any other nail place would put aa new tip on and basically redo your whole nail but instead all they do is put acrylic on your real nail. I refused to even let them finish, wouldn’t let her even paint em. I won’t come here again.
