I haven’t been back to this place in so long. I had to visit as soon as I was in the Gilbert area. I used to be a regular and then moved back to Tucson. Now that I am in Chandler, it is easier to make this drive. It is worth the drive if you live remotely close to the area. The massage that you are used to when you get a manicure or pedicure just hits different here… it is the most relaxing experience I have had outside of a luxury spa. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone. Definitely a Gilbert Gem!

They were playing football on the TV which was not very relaxing (but maybe some people like it?) They switched techs in the middle of service which was a little off putting but the lady I ended up with was great. She gave the best massage! Prices were good, though I’m used to paying $10 more for gel and they charge $15 more. Overall I would go again and hope they aren’t playing football next time.

I go here because it’s convenient & the prices are good however, it’s not an aesthetically pleasing nail salon (needs updating & cleaning/organizing/food removed/etc.) & they are not the greatest at customer service. Employees are usually sitting on their phones (even if there’s a wait) laying on couches, and not trying very hard to multitask and keep the customers that come in. Engagement with clients is very limited and they often seem annoyed. It’s a great location with the potential to do really well if they’d put some effort into a lot of different lacking parts. Maybe they don’t need the business/money that bad which is why I’d recommend elsewhere if you’re looking for a true spa experience.

DO NOT go here. Absolutely horrible experience. They are located right next to my home and offer cheap prices. I have been going ever since I moved here about once a month and have filled up numerous punch cards. I have gone multiple times with even forgetting my punch cards. The one time I go in to get something for free they don’t honor my punch card. He charged me $20 for a fill and wouldn’t give me the free fill I had earned by filling out my punch cards. When I called to complain after about 20 minutes of him refusing, he says he can refund mee $15….. You can get way nicer nails done anywhere, this guy does NOT know how to handle business at all what so ever. They have always had terrible customer service but I always went because it was convenient for me. I am now telling everyone please don’t go here. There are so many other places to get your nails done, who actually know how to treat their customers. Please please please don’t go here.And please don’t ever try to take a punch card to them because they will not honor it.

My mother and I got a pedicure there today, and it was AMAZING! They did such an awesome job, it was so relaxing and came out beautiful. They were so nice and friendly as well. Definitely going back!

$25 for a gel manicure, you really can’t do better in Gilbert. They will charge you $.75 if you use a credit card. Bring cash if you can. Looks like they can get busy so consider making an appointment even though they take walk-ins.
