I went to this nail salon for an acrylic set. I went in at around 5:40 and I asked if they were able to do it since I didn’t have an appointment. They just said “take a seat” so I did. I sat there waiting for nearly 3 hours, (in those 3 hours I didn’t get any updates on how much longer I would be waiting) until they finally acknowledged me and the lady came up to me and just said “pick a color”. She was very rude the whole time and it was just an uncomfortable experience in general. I was hurt in the process as well because she kept slipping and getting my skin with the nail drill. I get that I didn’t have an appointment but she could’ve just told me that they couldn’t do it that day, and that would’ve been fine. I would’ve came back another day. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon, it doesn’t feel like a welcoming environment, and they have very rude employees. Also the nail job is average you could get them done the exact same way that they do it for a lot cheaper anywhere else.

I loved how calm I was while having a gel manicure, the employees were wonderful and so nice to me. The color I chose turned out so shimmery and beautiful. I will definitely be back, perhaps for one of their massage therapy because it looked so relaxing.

After a few weeks of having my nails not one has fallen off, usually that’s the case for me. But the woman that did my nails really took her time instead of rushing and getting to the next client. Would recommend this place!

Critical: ProfessionalismI been coming to Nail Salon Spa for over 2 years, didn’t have no problems til today, 8/13/21 I call told them I be there at 4 pm I was there at 4 pm it was 3 people ahead of me so when my turn came they started calling other ladies that came after me, so I told the lady that I was leaving cause I had waited for over 2 hours the place was full I told her I was never coming back they were just over looking me, mind you I was the only Black person there!! I will never go there again after reading the reviews I can see why.! They were not professional at all!! I have been here twice already and I really like Lena. She didn’t suggestivly tell me my nails look good. She ASKS me how I feel if I like them and is very patient with me. I’ve been to other nail artists and they always make me rush to pick a color or design for my nails. She really practices “the customer is always right” and even though I don’t believe that lol she does. So wonderful and very sweet. I know there are some bad reviews but there is always a diamond in the rough. And every place has its gem. Give it a try. When I was here they made sure to greet every person so maybe they pay attention to the reviews and that’s a plus!
