These guys are very professional, super friendly, and do a fantastic job. These techs know what they’re doing and do it well. I’ve used them twice now for acrylics with gel polish and was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them and I’m a pretty picky person, so that says a lot.This place is great! This place is great! Don’t get this nail spa confused with the other one near by with a similar name. These guys are very professional, super friendly, and do a fantastic job. These techs know what they’re doing and do it well. I’ve used them twice now for acrylics with gel polish and was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them and I’m a pretty picky person, so that says a lot.

I had gotten my nails done at a bunch of different places before and they have always fallen off. This place does such an incredible job that isn’t even a worry for me. I had to go away for a while and my nails stayed on for 6 weeks without a fill! I also do food prep and am constantly using my hands and their work holds up. I’m also super picky and this place makes their nails so perfect that they don’t bother me. The quality is so worth the money here.

I’ve came here before and they go me in quite fast but the second time I came the ladies kept taking people in front of us and let me and my friend sit at the tables waiting for her to finish a different client. And then came back and still continued to say she’ll do another persons nails. I wanted to get just gel polish and had to deal with this. Poor service will never come here again.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI didn’t catch the ladies name all I know is she was older with reddish brownish hair and wears dark framed glasses but whoever she is was to worried about her phone and I asked for coffin she just shook her head and gave me square instead! Didn’t even clean my nails up, way shorter than what I said I wanted to. My nails came out crooked and lumpy. Okay so here i am waiting to get my nails done. I came at 5:45 my apt. Was 6pm, I am still waiting for my nails, pedi, and wax. This location had the ability to make $165.00 not including tax or tip they failed miserably i am walking out as we speak. With nothing accomplished i am very busy individual and expect to be taken care of i was not.

They did a satisfactory job. My nail technician kept telling me that my previous gel (from my usual studio) was very hard to get off. (Made me think the usual spot uses higher quality products). With my usual spot the nails will NOT chip, it has been about 4 days and each nail is chipping. I asked them to make my nails as short as possible (It’s easier for my job) and even after prompting to make them much shorter he wouldn’t.

Critical: Quality, Value$75.00 for a fill! Insane. Too expensive for less than good quality. Nails not painted well. You can tell they overbooked and rushed. Employees were nice, but my nails look cheaply done for what I paid for them. Disappointed to say the least.
