I got a pedicure here and while the pedicure was good (long enough massage, it looked good when done) the customer service here is lacking. I was never spoken to or asked what I was there for when I walked in and there is no sign in sheet or anything. I just sat down and hoped someone would say hello. Someone finally came over and asked after about 5 minutes and then she was the one who did my pedicure. She didn’t speak the whole time though, no smiling, nothing. I came back another time to try to get a pedicure and again – same experience. No one says anything to you or looks at you when you walk in. After waiting 20 minutes this time without being spoken to, I left. If they were more friendly and welcoming this place wouldn’t be that bad.

THIS IS FROM TODAY: So many things went wrong today I cried. Getting my nails done is supposed to be relaxing this was not it. I just moved looking for a new location this was not IT. From asking me to walk on their floor with no shoes on, to having someone else fixed the pedicure the first girl messed up, to not listening to the color I asked for, to snapping at me B/C THEY MESSED UP. Oof the list goes on yall. I legit kept my $10 tip I usually give and gave $2. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. Also they re-use their nail kit and just put acetone on them

I called to make an appointment for 2 pedicures. Got there and waited 15 minutes past appointment time. My best friend was not asked which pedicure she would like, was not offered paraffin. I waited over 25 minutes with cold parrafin on my feet for the tech to return to me to paint my toes after she had started another nail client. Did not feel as though their customers are important to them.

I have finally found my “Go-To”!!! Made an appt. with Dan last night for a Fill and a Pedicure. I ONLY have POSITIVE things to say about my experience! He asked and listened to EXACTLY what I wanted! I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my nails and I left yesterday evening, VERY PLEASED! Prices were great and completely in line with other places, but here I feel you truly get what you’re paying for! Pedicure was AMAZING! THIS IS MY NEW HOME…THANK YOU, Dan, Julie and Rachel ❤
