The greeter seemed to be annoyed when I was a walkin. Then more annoyed when I said the water was too hot and asked for a spa pedi. She tried to get the mask out of the package but it wouldn’t come out… she couldn’t massage it out of the package either. I questioned if it was old product and she claimed it was brand new but too cold and too thick. Guess they don’t store product well.

Once I expressed that I didn’t like the service, the customer service was horrible. I asked for another appoint to remove it or correct the issue. I was told me I would have to wait until Thursday, another customer came in while I was getting my nails done and the offered her an earlier appointment. Very clean. They take COVID procedures seriously. My experience here was great. Tech was gentle and my pedicure was relaxing. They do accept credit cards but you can’t put your tip on it so make sure you have some cash. I couldn’t give as much as I wanted. Would come again.
