I had my appointment today 9/30/22 at 10:30 the reason I share is because I don’t remember the lady’s name and I’m hoping the owner or manager can check who do this. She hurt me so much and she got mad when I told her she was hurting me. Horrible job!!! She needs more training, experience and customer service Acrylic nails

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the salon. I came in for a full set and pedicure. My pedicure was fine however when it came to doing my hands I had to switch ladies. Dana was her name I believe. She continually cut my hands and scraped me with the file. I showed her many times how long I wanted my nails and she continued to cut even shorter. At this point it looked like I didn’t even get a tip added onto my nails. She took over two hours filing down the nails even shorter. When I expressed how disappointed I was with my nails she rolled her eyes and just continued to charge me. I paid over $60 for my full set when it says full sets are 40. I asked to speak to a manager or owner and she said she wasn’t here and there was no way I could contact her. I normally don’t like leaving these reviews and I like going straight to the source but since they do not have a source you can contact or complain about your service. I am forced to do it on here. I absolutely do not recommend going here.

Be very careful of pricing that frequently fluctuates. Depending on who you get the price will vary. What won’t vary is the fact that the 10 minute massage will only be 8 and thats if you’re lucky. I’ve timed it on 3 separate occasions. Todays was the best of the 3 with 9m12s BUT it was not even close to a real leg massage. Very weak and minimal effort at best.

This place was not the best. I asked for a gel manicure and for the lady not to file down my natural nails because I liked the shape of my own nails and she rolled her eyes and was very rude to me. My nails are super funky looking and they have a even worse shape now. Very disappointed. Gel manicures

I scheduled an appointments 2 weeks ahead of time for myself nd a good friend coming into town to visit. I repeates asking to hve a chair next to each other to visit making aure that they would be able to do accomedate use. I was assured that they xould do that and was giving a time for the Saturday I asked to be scheduled on. We are arrive and they are asked. They ask if we had appointments and I told them yea the women looks and thw book and then covers it because it looks like nothing was writtn down. My rien and I pixk our colors and sit and wait. Nothing said to use, about how long it would be . We hear people say the came in with no appointment and were let in. We arrived on time we with appointments schexule 2 weeks in advance. We sit and waited 15 minutes and and no one is near done.

My first time there I was not impressed. It’s not that there was anything wrong, it was just kinda blah. I decided to go back and sat with Tina and enjoyed every minute of my time in the chair. She was great. The massage was wonderful. I’ve had a very bad week and it was nice to just sit and be pampered. From now on I will be requesting her. Thank you Tina for helping me relax after very bad news.

A decent place to get your nails done or a mani/pedi. My technician paid close attention to the shape of my nails (almond shape). Prices did increase but not to anything unreasonable. There was a problem with scheduling (a specific technician was requested and was not there when we arrived and walked in about 20 minutes into the service) and this was not the first time there was something wrong with the scheduling. They do get busy, so I suggest trying to set an appointment.
