By far the RUDEST nail salon I have ever been to. I went in to get a shellac polish change due to mismatch error (on my part) the day prior at my usual spa. I don’t frequent this area but decided to stop in to get this done. The staff are very unfriendly and walk by without greeting you. The lady who greeting me, spoke to me without even looking at me all while wearing a mask so I couldn’t tell who was speaking. Once I told her what I needed she carried on without further direction. I just stood there. Once someone came to service me, she was rude and hurried me to sit down and remove my shoes. She wouldn’t listen to want my needs were and proceeded to attempt to peel my SHELLAC with a cuticle cutting tool. When I was able to tell her what I was needing and that I preferred to have the polished properly soaked off with acetone she stopped and proceeded to tell me to wait on someone else. Needless to say I left. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I can’t speak to how well they do nails but I wouldn’t spend a dime in there.

I went in at 7 for a pedicure. I told her I wanted acrylic on 3 toes. Heather took an hour and a half to do a Deluxe service. Another lady with long black hair came to apply the acrylic and she was just adding it in top of the other acrylic I had. I told her to please remove the previous and start from new. She only removed the old acrylic from my big toe and the other two she just piled it on. She was visibly bothered with me. She also cut me on two of my toes with the drill. She was holding my toes so hard.

The tech doing my nails today was very rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be bothered as soon as I walked in. The service being provided was a full set of acrylic nails. She didn’t listen to how I said I wanted my nails shaped and got an attitude when I told her that’s not the shape I asked for. She asked another tech to file my nails and rudely told me to get someone else to do my nails next time.

I was referred to Nail Spa One by a friend, and she was right. The hospitality and the customer service was unbeatable. I was offered refreshments which included wine. They welcomed me to the spa and did a relaxing pedicure and a refill all at the same time.

Critical: QualityI usually go to this place to just get a pedicure done by Kim (she is fantastic and the only person I would trust), but I don’t think she was in the day I went to get my dip nails taken off (08/31/21) The ladies in the salon couldn’t decide whose turn it was to do a take off/manicure and made me keep switching chairs until they finally decided who was going to do it. I absolutely hate salons that decide they want to take a clients nails off by using another artificial nail. If anything that’s even more damaging to the nail. At this point I just wanted to leave because the lady was hurting me trying to get the nails off. She took my real nail off trying to take my dip off and I was bleeding. I even told her that was hurting me and I knew I was bleeding underneath the nail, but she still continued. In the end she charged me $25.00 for a 15 min job that I could’ve done at home myself if I just wanted to rip all my nails off. Two of my biggest pet peeves about nail salons are uneven French manicures, and when they leave paint on your skin before you put your hands under the nail lights (because owch! That mess burns). Neither happened here! Perfect French nails and Cindy did an amazing job making sure to remove any paint on my skin before setting the paint. Very pleased! Awesome first visit, and I hope future visits are the same! ✨
