Horrible experience the last two times I have went and I’ve been a regular customer. They need to educate their nail techs on current nail designs because maria couldn’t do what I asked for and it wasn’t that difficult, she even tried to do other things when I specifically asked for a certain design. I paid a lot for something I didn’t like soo now I wont be going to this place again. And they sit you down just so you can wait an hour by the time they get to you and other employees are just sitting.

Not worth it.terrible customer service too,nail tech was talking on her cell phone the entire time and her work showed it.my nails have bubbles .when i asked why they all have bubbles she said she didnt know why. The tips used for my set aren’t even the correct size. Never again.

Got regular pedicure for myself and daughter. $25 for mine, which is reasonable. My daughter got “shellac” polish on hers….$45. A bit overpriced if you ask me. The bad thing is that I forgot to ask for prices before getting them done. What I’ve learned from all these nail places is that you need to ask for prices before getting them done, otherwise expect to get ripped off when you go pay. I let my guard down this time cause I trusted them. My last time at this place for sure. Sorry John.

I called for an appointment the gentlemen told me it would be 30 minute wait I got to the salon and waited 30 minutes then was seated in a pedicure chair and water was scalding hot I had to sit and wait another hour before receiving service

Very bad experience. Friendly staff but nails were NOT done well at all. My nails started chipping ONE DAY after my visit with them and the manager/owner rushed while doing my nails just to get to other people. Nails turned out crooked and acrylic was not correctly put on. Disappointed for sure.

I don’t understand the bad reviews to this place…..Im from here but live in the dfw area and when I’m visiting and in need of Maintnance I come to this location place. I’ve visited a few times and have always had an amazing experience. The ladies are friendly….including the owner himself and the comfortable level is…need I say… . Always leave feelings beautiful and relaxed….I’ve had my fair share of salon experiences and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to look and feel great! Ask for Barby or Mayra!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I used to like this place a lot but then the owner gets rid of the girls or they can’t handle her attitude and all the good girls Leave. I was a loyal customer despite this, but today I went in and asked for my nails to get done a certain way, I even showed them a picture. The girl did it her way because she was in a hurry. I told her I didn’t like it so she removed them and asked another girl to do them because she had to leave and then charged me for both! Never going back!!! The owner looks at what you drive and if you drive a nice car she wants you for herself so she can make more money off of you rather than her employees. They also cut corners. They don’t do the SNS properly, they skip steps and use a shellac top coat which peels off anyway. Very disappointing
