Went in since it’s close to my house the same lady working on me was working on someone else at the same time first red flag then I asked for dip gel for my nails she did it somehow I have never seen done and I always get dip. They don’t even last a week!! Anywhere else I go last over a month. Started cracking and falling off. Horrible place will never go back and I paid 52 bucks which I have never paid anywhere else that much!!!! Waste of money and time

I tried out this new location 6 days ago for a full set with no chip polish and I was undecided at first as to how I felt about this place and with my experience… until one nail became loose on the 5th day ( so I glued it back on my own) but then today, on the 6th day another nail flew off! And it wasn’t the one I glued! Mind you, I haven’t done anything that required heavy manual labor,all I do at work is type on my computer at a desk. Mateo worked on my nails, he’s a great listener,he is very friendly and professional but I felt like the nails were too thick,resembling press on nails and appeared like I needed fill ins right away. They didn’t have the nail tips I wanted, I normally get a pearl tip, but that’s okay…I tried something new.

My daughter bought my wife a $100 gift certificate for mother’s day. My wife went there tonight to get a pedicure. They did not want to honor the gift certificate because it was more than three months old. WHAT? After a small argument they gave her the pedicure. But she still had a balance so she wanted a no chip manicure. They wouldn’t do it for her. They would only give her a regular manicure. My wife still has a balance on the gift certificate that they will not honor. Two points: Theirs. It says expires in 90 days on the certificate. Ours. My daughter paid $100 for a future service. How does that expire? It’s not like a coupon that has to be used by a certain date. Is this even legal? Seems like s scam to me.
