Critical: ProfessionalismDon’t think I’ll be visiting this location again. It was my first time as everywhere else was packed. As I walked in noone greeted me even though they looked at me. I decided to walk out after they greeted 4 new walkins in a row and completely ignored me. They processed to takecare of those walk ins while I sat there waiting my turn as I didn’t know the process. I’m not one to create a scene but that was very unprofessional as my time is as valuable as theirs. Don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again. It was my first time as everywhere else was packed. As I walked in noone greeted me even though they looked at me. I decided to walk out after they greeted 4 new walkins in a row and completely ignored me. They processed to takecare of those walk ins while I sat there waiting my turn as I didn’t know the process. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value$2 cc/debit fee. There is no sign and no one mentioned it. Idk how this place is in business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN IF YOU LIVE UPSTAIRS OR AROUND THE CORNER. it is not up to par in anyway. It was the worst experience. Not only did the man not know how to do a mani/pedi. Long story short I was basically telling him how along the way. Idk how I didn’t walk out. I asked if another person can finish the manicure that he was butchering. They also charged me $5 to remove a top gel coat I had on two fingers also without warning. I was there for almost 2 hours just for a REG mani/pedi. Super stressful experience. This place is HORRIBLE guys. Don’t waste your money. The only thing they’re good at is ripping you off for poor quality work. They’re not honest in anyway. The nail tech said he can do the nails just like I showed him in the picture. All the nails looked horrible and didn’t replicate the picture, not even close. Coffin nails didn’t even look coffin. He told me one price and I agreed to it. He then adds $10 extra to the bill. Asked him why, he can’t give me a straight answer. Made a scene because he expected me to give up $60 for ombre that looked like a 4-year old did it. Again guys don’t waste your time coming here. They were amazing when they first opened now they’re just not worth the money or time.

Critical: QualityI use to go here all the time before pandemic. The prices went up. My bestfriend and I went to do our nails. A regular pedicure is $18 sns is $38 and soak off is $5 . They filed our nails bent and choppy. We got charged $26 for a regular pedicure when it’s supposed to be $18. When I asked they said it was for soak off which is $23 where did the extra $3 come from. Plus they charge a $2 fee credit card and only wants cash and told us to use the atm. The atm has a fee as well. Never going back againI use to go here all the time before pandemic. They filed our nails bent and choppy. We got charged $26 for a regular pedicure when it’s supposed to be $18. When I asked they said it was for soak off which is $23 where did the extra $3 come from. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! I came into this place with my mom and daughter hoping to get a good experience and it was not what I expected. I told the employee for my daughter, to not get a manicure and pedicure, but to just trim and paint the nails. But this woman decides to just walk on over to another employee and laugh it up for the next couple of seconds and FORCE HER to get BOTH a mani and pedi for an OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF MONEY. IF YOU’RE GOING TO OPEN A NAIL SALON, SHOW YOUR COSTUMERS SOME RESPECT!!!!! I am not planning on going back to this place EVER AGAIN!

I rate it 4 stars but that’s just for my pedicure experience. Ask for Jerry if you want a enjoyable, pain free and gentle pedicure! However, my brows and arms were waxed by a female employee and boy was she rough! Both of my elbow on the inside were bloodshot. She also messed up my brows! Would not be doing my brows and arms there again.

This is a good nail salon but a little tip if you are doing natural nails let the women do it and if you want a full set or a fill in let the men in there do it. The last time I came for a full set the lady filed my skin away on the side of my thumb until I was bleeding.
