Critical: ProfessionalismWent to get my nails done today. Firstly, I wanted to take the set that I had off and get a new set. I wanted the plastic tips. When he put them on I noticed my pinky nail was crooked. (I know that while the nail is long it will look weird until it’s cut; however, this nail was specifically crooked compared to the other nails. I’ve had my nails done plenty of times and know what I like. When I pointed it out, instead of correcting it, he said I can go somewhere else if I don’t like them. Well that’s exactly what I did. Went to get my nails done today. Firstly, I wanted to take the set that I had off and get a new set. I wanted the plastic tips. When he put them on I noticed my pinky nail was crooked. (I know that while the nail is long it will look weird until it’s cut; however, this nail was specifically crooked compared to the other nails. Honestly where to begin. Linda did a wonderful job on my nails however if you’re looking for a place to do designs or something as simple as different colored nails with little gems. You’re looking at the wrong place. I called to make an appointment and arrived on time. Sat down and showed the man what I wanted. A simple white and pink glitter nails with a few gems. He says “Oh we don’t do that.” Explain to me how a nail spa doesn’t do something as simple as different colored nails and a little bling? I won’t say it’s rude but I will say only come here if you want plain and simple boring nails.

Friendly, clean. The nail technicians are warm, efficient, and accommodating. They have dry gel which is better for your nails and use stones and wax for their basic mani- pedi. Been going to them for years. They even gave my daughter-in-law a huge heart balloon when we all went to get our manicures before the wedding. I highly recommend Nail Spa 3!

Walked in and got strange looks for the customers then I was asked what I would be helped with. I asked for a gel manicure to be taken off and a clean coat to be put on. One of the nail techs told me we are to busy. Sorry. Very rude ,uncomfortable , and unprofessional experience as a new person in town looking for a nail salon.
