The worst service I’ve ever had. Andy was sweet and helpful at first. He did my nails and attempted to do a round shape with dip. They turned out horrible. Each nail is a different shape and thickness. I asked for him to clean them up a little and he did not. I asked if I could file them a little and he handed me a file but then yelled at me for ruining the nails. I paid and left. Called the next day as they look horrible and it was bothering me. I kindly describe why I wasn’t happy and asked if they could be fixed. He began to yell at me and blamed it on the fact that I had tried to fix the shape myself. He screamed come in at 5 and don’t ever try to fix your nails again then hung up on me. I called back and he acknowledged that he intentionally hung up on me. I explained that it certainly was not me filing as it’s the overall shape and thickness of the nails. He cut me off continued to yell and at that time I told him I’d never be back and hung up. Would give this place one star if I could. Just terrible terrible service. Rude man.
