This is my last time going here I get gel polish and it chips a few days after EVERYTIME, I asked for my nails to be soaked off because I needed it I was told to save me money I need to just get a fill in, the chopped up my natural nails and my polish is chipped horribly. The worst wax eyebrows service ever. She didn’t use tweezers or scissors. She double wax a spot and now it’s sore. And she pushed my already lazy eye down more so it’s very noticeable. I grew my eyebrows out for 2 months so I can get them shaped right. I just went to the closest salon to my hotel without checking reviews . Never again.

The nail tech asked me a lot of questions about my toe nails after she removed the old polish from my toes as if she had a problem with finishing my pedicure. She always tosses my shoes on the floor instead of kindly placing them on the floor which I think is rude, like she’s trying to ruin your shoes. The nail techs pressure customers to pay while they are sitting under the heating lamp to dry their nails instead of patiently waiting until the customers get up to leave. On Friday September 17th my second visit, I was pleased with my pedicure but the nail tech almost caused me to fall while getting up from my seat after my pedicure and he rushed me to pay as I was sitting in the dry area to dry my feet. I won’t come back to this salon again worse experience ♀️
