I got my nails done and they were beautiful snowflakes for Christmas. I love how they took care of me!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen I first came here, it was not bad at all. The lady, Van helped me and in the very beginning she was so kind and I honestly really liked her. I payed about $45 for my set and they were very basic, no patterns and I was not super happy about the price but I asked before hand and was fine with it. I had some issues with some of my nails looking different and some were just not shaped evenly. I came back the next day and told the lady named Van the issues I had with my nails, thinking she was going to be super nice and understanding like she was the first time. Then after I brought up the word “refund” it was like she wanted nothing to do with me. I was very kind the entire time and did not say or do anything rude then I politely asked if she could redo my nails. I hated the way they were done and honestly thought she would have been more understanding. She told me I was acting fussy or something and I told her that I spent a good amount of money on these nails and I just wanted them to be worth what I paid. I honestly felt super bad for even occupying her time when I could tell she seemed stress and busy. She proceeded to do my nails harshly and did them so quickly, they looked even worse than before. I did not want to intrude after that so I just left with my nails looking really bad and honestly I was very upset that day. I am NEVER going back there again. I truly wish them the best but this is just my experience and I honestly am just going to stick to doing my nails myself. Who ever gets there nails done here, I hope you like them and I hope you never had to go through what I did and I truly hope these people can understand where we as customers are coming from when we pay an abundant amount of money and just want what we paid for. When I first came here, it was not bad at all. The lady, Van helped me and in the very beginning she was so kind and I honestly really liked her. I payed about $45 for my set and they were very basic, no patterns and I was not super happy about the price but I asked before hand and was fine with it. Critical: ValuePURE SCAM.. Came here to get a regular short fullset that is usually $30. when it came time to pay they changed to $50! Verify the price before you get any service done here. now you tell me if the length and no design of these acrylic is worth $50

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI posted some pictures of my dark green nails that they did. Awful job! They were uneven and you could see the filing marks all over. They left over some of the nail polish I had before all over my nails. They take no care in what they do. They asked for the tip BEFORE they were finished which didn’t make sense… they charged my sister $30 but charged me $35 for the exact same thing. To top it off, the lady who took care of me made fun of my nail painting skills. Obviously I’m not good at doing my own nails, that’s why I pay you guys to do them?? Lol. I posted some pictures of my dark green nails that they did. Awful job! They were uneven and you could see the filing marks all over. They left over some of the nail polish I had before all over my nails. They take no care in what they do. They asked for the tip BEFORE they were finished which didn’t make sense… they charged my sister $30 but charged me $35 for the exact same thing. They told me how much the set cost but at the end, told me it went up because of multiple things that they could’ve told me before they did them.
