Always a great experience and very welcoming. Workers are fast and very thorough! Everything (tubs, doors, handles, tools) are cleaned and sanitized. Can get really busy if coming on a weekend. Recommend evening times if your able to.

I had to leave with unfinished nails because the one person who knew how to design nails (a polish design, nothing fancy ) was busy doing pedicures and refused to take a break from a customer who came after me to complete my service. I will not be visiting again. The staff is limited when it comes to nail tech skills. I had to leave with unfinished nails because the one person who knew how to design nails (a polish design, nothing fancy ) was busy doing pedicures and refused to take a break from a customer who came after me to complete my service.
