Great service! Friendly staff. I always work with the nail tech S or Iran. They can always create any design that I show them from a picture. It’s a very clean salon. Absolutely awful experience. I made an appointment and requested two different nail techs. When I showed up to my appointment they were a half hour late and gave me a nail tech I didn’t ask for. Because of that my nails didn’t come out the way I wanted and the nails hurt my fingers so I called. They said they *might* fix them for free. Showed up to my second appointment two days later for them to tell me if I wanted them fixed I’d have to pay for it. I got my nails done for an event and now I have to go with my nails uneven and top coat pooled on top of one of them. Walked out. Never again.

Positive: QualityI really want to share my experience with this nail salon “Nail & Spa Boutique”, they are always super incredible and nice. This is my eighth time going back (note: I only get my nails done once or twice a year), and they took on the challenge of recreating this web-comic look. Every time I go there and show her a picture of what I would like, they don’t fight me but work with me to recreate the look. This is why this shop isn’t ordinary. Truly geniuses in their craft. Not only do they work hard, even when I witnessed a miserable person yelling at them for no good reason, they care. In any business you can have employees go through the motion, but to care enough to take on such a task and surpass all exceptions is another. They didn’t have to produce this level of work. The point of this is not just a shout out to them, but how many employees are taken for granted. That is why I wanted to spread my love and appreciation anyway I can. I really want to share my experience with this nail salon “Nail & Spa Boutique”, they are always super incredible and nice. This is my eighth time going back (note: I only get my nails done once or twice a year), and they took on the challenge of recreating this web-comic look. They do great nail work but the service is not good. Staff can be very rude and unfriendly. The male that usually does pedicures not sure what his name is, but he does an amazing job, takes his time and Makes sure toes are perfect. He has been my best encounter with the staff there. My friends recommended this nail salon to me and said ask for Sarah. Well I did, and now I’m recommending this place to anyone reading this. They did an amazing job, the selection of gel colors was endless. Sarah made sure my nails were even and perfect. She was friendly, approachable and made sure to listen to what I wanted. I was given a hot towel afterwards and a massage while my names dried. My nails came out perfect all for $35 dollars. They even had a 10% student discount. Also the salon was extremely clean and cute. I constantly see reviews for other salons that people feel as if the nail technicians are rudely talking about them and not once did I get that impression. Great atmosphere and great nail technicians.

So they were really nice and clean, and the prices were pretty good comparatively. A few complaints: the water was Luke warm and when I asked for it to be warmer, he warmed it up but barely and didn’t even ask me if it was good.
