THIS IS THE BEST NAIL SPA IN NEWNAN, GA HANDS DOWN!! Nail Spa & Beyond is very nice & clean, and customer service is AMAZING!! When I go (which is every 2 weeks) I’m very happy and pleased with they do to make sure I’m always happy !! They always make sure the customer is satisfied. My personal nail tech is Sandy, but everyone does such an amazing job !

You allow your clients to leave with acrylic on their nails still after asking to have them removed, poorly painted toes, and all after waiting 45 minutes in cold water after being told someone would be right with me numerous times or that it would only be 5/10 more minutes. Rude people. And then to top it off when I ask for my money back the most that cab be offered is $5?!? So unprofessional. This was me giving this establishment a second chance after the first time my nails were butchered. Kim, Lilly, and the girl at the front desk who was rudely chewing gum are the rudest nail technicians I have ever met. Horrible business practices!

I came here to get a full set put on and they did a good job but i feel like i get taken advantage off. I never know what im gonna be charged when i leave. What i normally pay 60$ for i was charged 75$. Needless to say I was shocked. I can’t afford to come here unfortunately. I dont feel like a valued costumer just someone they cam make a lot of money from.

The website says acrylic nails are $30. They tried to charge me $50. I told them that no I didn’t want gel polish. For the price they want to charge for gel polish I would be paying for a whole bottle of gel polish!! My nail are not straight and they didn’t file them even or straight. I paid the $30 and told them I’d go home and finish straightening them and paint them myself! I definitely will NOT be going back!! Never disappointed!!

I recently had my nails done, by Nick at the nail spa & beyond salon in Newnan. I am very impressed by the way he did exactly what I wanted him to do. Four weeks prior to using this salon I went to a neighboring salon, and I was overcharged and not impressed. Nick listened to my wishes and I got exactly what I asked for. Anybody who is looking to have their nails done should consider going to the establishment. The prices are very reasonable the service is great. I didn’t have to pay for the aesthetics of an overpriced salon

There seemed to be communication issues and they forgot that I wanted a manicure. They said the only had gel polish but it cost extra. It took the girl from the desk to come clarify that the tech only meant that the gel was better even though 2 techs said the only had gel prior to that. I definitely won’t be going back.
