I had dip polish done and it seems fine. What I object to is the posted price was $50 and up. I was charged $75! I was in shock and paid without questioning (yeah, dumb). That price is excessive. Be sure to ask about the price before you have the service.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrendous. They burnt my foot with paraffin wax treatment, wiped the blood away and over the next days the toxic chemicals burnt into my skin further. Dr says it is a 3rd degree burn.I spoke to the spa many times on the phone to let them know and sent two letters per their request. Months later they asked me go into the spa today, I’m not sure why as they treated me terribly and denied they caused the serious burn. They told me I needed to give proof I was there when they burnt my foot. I paid cash as it’s all they accepted.They have the proof including my signature from signing in as well as footage but told me they would not check their books or cameras. I even tipped well on the day for this disgusting treatment.I would suggest avoiding this place, not only did they seriously burn my foot with a toxic wax treatment, they absolutely show no remorse or human decency or honesty. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valuei came to this place to get my acrylics done. i paid $75 and 3 of my nails came off after a few days. also when i first walked in people were getting their toes done with a towel on the floor sitting in a chair, not very clean and don’t recommend!!! i wasted my money!!!

If I could leave a 0 I would. I was in Malibu for a friend’s bday, I wanted to treat him (and I of course) to a pedi. The place wasn’t clean, my massage chair felt like it was about to fall apart. We we not offered any refreshments. There was no pre-soaking. From the second our feet hit the water, they started working on our feet. The whole process lasted 21 minutes! I have never had a 21 minute pedicure. There was no massaging the legs. When they went to apply the stones, they were cold. When I told my technician they were cold, she suddenly couldn’t understand English. She could certainly understand me when they were trying to upsell everything. Very disappointing experience to say the least! Not what I’d expect in Malibu CA

I went to get my nails and feet done at this place and they finished in 20 minutes. Usually when you go to the nail salon it’s for relaxation, but this was just WAY too quick and very snappy. I was not happy with my service and it is way too overpriced. $50 for nails and $50 for pedi. Also the nail polish is very cheap
