They used to offer great service with extreme knowledgeable and professional staff. I went on Tuesday got a pedicure and the girl that was attending me looked half asleep I still gave her a chance. She didn’t even paint my nails right and didn’t do my full pedicure correctly I payed $42 dollars for this service. I used to love coming here but not no more I hope you guys hire trained and experienced people with the energy to work.

Came here after I had went to a “boutique” nails shop and was not happy with the outcome at the other place. My nails were so bad and I couldn’t live with them. Luke got me in and fixed them for me. I am a little OCD and picky and Luke did an amazing job. Which says a lot coming from me. I’m thankful I found him and will definitely be back. I have already had so many compliments on my nails.

Just got a basic pedicure yesterday and must say I’ve had better. No massage whatsoever. The young girl was pleasant but obviously not interested in me. She buffed my foot so hard, she sanded the skin off to the point of bleeding. Polish smudged when she put my flip flop on. I didn’t notice til I got home. I am not sure she was a certified nail technician. She wiped the instruments off and put them back in a bag. I am not sure they were sterile to begin with. There’s other salons to go to.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityLuke was polite, professional yet friendly. He did a nice job on my nails. For unknown reasons, the shellac on one nail wouldn’t seal correctly but he kept changing bottles of top coat and finally repainted from the bottom up and it set. He stayed late to do that although I said I would come back tomorrow. He was great about it and I really appreciate it!! The jelly pedicure was fantastic and I haven’t had any dryness on my feet yet and it’s been almost a week! Unheard of for me!!! Luke was polite, professional yet friendly. He did a nice job on my nails. For unknown reasons, the shellac on one nail wouldn’t seal correctly but he kept changing bottles of top coat and finally repainted from the bottom up and it set.
