Critical: QualityCut nails too short, cuticles not done, peeled edges of big toe back to the quick, and the sloppiest polish job. I have to take it off completely; it isn’t salvageable. I paid full amount and cash tip for this.Service: Pedicure

Critical: Cleanliness, ValueI was walk in. Asked for pedicure but nothing special about the service. The massage wasn’t great. In fact other customers walked in and were getting pedicures and ask for no massage. Which to me should be the best part of the service. Technician cut my nails so short then filed them down to my skin which made my nails sore that day and the next day. I ha e been getting pedicure for 25 years from Arizona to Alaska and this by far was not the best one at all. Price was fair but wouldn’t pay any more for that service. Paid 28.00. I was walk in. Asked for pedicure but nothing special about the service. The massage wasn’t great. In fact other customers walked in and were getting pedicures and ask for no massage. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been getting pedicures from them for several months now!!! My gel polish lasts a full month if not more. She’s always gentle and polite. She does an amazing job and she has a forever customer!!!Service: Pedicure

However she did not tell me that I wouldn’t be able to take the polish off.
