I love Nail Spa 9!!! The hands down best nail spa I’ve ever been to!!! Bryan and Tammi are very professional and kind. My nails always turn out amazing!! I bring my daughter in with me to get her nails done they are so nice to her!! Customer service is 5 stars for Nail spa 9, they really do take care of their regular customers. Also, their shop is extremely clean and they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to keeping your nails healthy! I so look forward to my bi weekly appointments with them…happy customer for 4 years!

I’ve been going to Tammi for over 10 years now! It’s so hard to believe it’s been that long. I was so excited when she opened her own business with her husband Bryan. My mom and I get our nails done every month together and it’s always a great visit. Tammi and Bryan take such good care of their customers! They value great customer service, a clean work environment, a relaxing visit and making sure you’re 100% satisfied with their work. All things I look for as a customer.

PSA! Never go to nail spa 9 in Yorkville. My nail chipped less than 2 weeks in. I called, asked if they could squeeze me in. The accommodate me which I thought was nice. Well I was sadly wrong. Last time I got my nails done the owner told me he guaranteed my nails for 2 weeks and I even told all my friends about it because I thought that was awesome. Well I walked in and he made me read a statement that said they don’t guarantee anything. Fine okay maybe I miss understood. But he couldn’t leave it at that he kept calling me a liar and telling me because I claimed he said this, he was now going to charge me $10.00 because I was a liar. Needless to say I walked out. No way would I give my business to someone like that ever again.

This place is terrible. I drive to aurora every time to get my nails done. Love my nail place out there. However I wanted to try to find something a little closer to home. I’ve been trying to go to this nail salon for 2 weeks. And every time I call, I ask if I can come in. They ask ,what time? I tell them, then they tell me they are completely booked. This place is hyped up for nothing. If your going to run a buisness you might want to have some sort of staff. The hours of operation are terrible for a single mom and I can’t believe I wasted two weeks trying to get my nails done at this place. I can honestly say there are NO good nail salons in Yorkville. Do not waste your time trying to get your nails done here. As an avid Google reviewer this place is not worth your time.

I’ve been going to this salon since they opened and I started off as just a client, then moved on to a friend and now I can honestly say I feel more like family than all now! Tammi and Bryan (the owners), are so down to Earth, wonderful people who worked so hard for their American dream and reading FAKE reviews, like the one “B Garcia” left below, just angers me. I did some investigating and this “B Garcia” thrives off of leaving bad reviews on Google with hopes to get free stuff from these companies she is potentially ruining and she is a total snake! Do not pay attention to that review because its the complete opposite experience you have when you walk into Nail Spa 9! Tammi and Bryan are literally the best people I’ve ever met! Also, the manicures, fills, pedicures, and all the work they do is TOP NOTCH! It’s a husband and wife only run business so always call to make an appointment. They will take walk ins, if they do not have a previous scheduled appointment coming up. I think making an appointment is way better anyway! You come in, relax, and you don’t feel like they are rushing you like all other nail salons… a chaotic revolving door. Also, I hate to even leak my best kept secret in Yorkville… but Tammi’s pedicures are like heaven! I call her Angel hands. She makes the days stresses just melt away! If I could give 0 stars I would. There’s only ever 2 people working. I’ve gotten my nails done by the gentleman and he’s super nice and does a great job but the lady who works is so rude and demeaning. When they advertise they’re accepting walk in’s, it’s a lie. I came in when they advertised they were open (10am). The lady told me there wasn’t any availability even though there was one other customer there. She was yelling at me very rudely to try to get me to set an appointment that I wasn’t available for. My feelings were extremely hurt and I’d never spend a penny willingly to someone whose as rude to paying customers as she was. Take my word and go somewhere else..there’s plenty of other nail salons in Yorkville with extremely kind nail techs.

I have been going to see the owner for my mani/pedi for almost 10 years now. When she decided to open her own place & moved 20 mins farther, I followed her (I live Downtown Chicago). I have gone to many places both in the city and in the suburbs, and no one has come close to how Tammi does my Manicure & Pedicure. I will keep coming to see her as long as she is here.
