The lady was very harsh on my nails and over-charged me. My thumb is cut and my nails aren’t how I wanted them exactly. I got a simple French tip set and she said it would be only 55 for them. Then when we got done she charged me 70$…. Will not be going back there anymore. Was not worth it Manicure

I wanted red orange and yellow on my nails for fall and the toni person said no we don’t have those colors. Like if you can’t do a very easy design please don’t work at a place that does nails .. never going back .. not very clean either. They used the same brush on me that they used on my sister and used the same liquid. I can’t believe their customer service here!! I called to make a appointment for my nails to be filled at 10:30 am and the lady that answered the phone said there wouldn’t be another open time until 6pm. So I explain I was from out of town and just needed a fill. Which she said she would call me back if she got a earlier time “WHICH SHE NEVER DID” so I could back at 4:40pm to make sure the time was still good for 6:00pm and at that time she said there was no more openings. Worse Customer Service Ever!!!

hate this place. Made an app a week in advance for my friend and I to get our nails done for a bridal shower gift. Came in 10 mins before our app time and the girl at the front acted like she had no clue about the appointment and asked us to have a seat. We waited for about 20 mins when two others walked in and were sat in chairs and helped right away. We walked out, wont be coming back.
