All the ladies were really kind. Very easy to call and make an appointment, they accept walk-ins too. Tian did an awesome job with my dip powder nails. And the other lady did an amazing job with my pedicure package. Would recommend

There is a girl that is very friendly, I really liked her, but she didn’t help me. When I arrived I asked the lady at front that I wanted a pedicure, manicure and a full set. One girl did my pedicure, she was nice, and the lady at front did my full set, when she started doing my full set I asked if she wasn’t doing my manicure and she said “No, just full set”, I figure that I could skip the manicure it was ok. Than as she kept working on my nails, I told her there was lots of acrylic under my nails, and her answer was “I’m not done”, so I figure I would wait. When she asked me to go wash my hands, I reminded her about the acrylic under my nails, she acted as if she had taken it off, and I kept showing her many times, same thing she acted as if she took care of it, but didn’t. Finally I was getting mad that she wasn’t doing it, so I just let it go, I wasn’t happy but I just needed to leave. After I left I called to check on prices, because they don’t have them anywhere, the nice girl told me the prices, and I had been overcharged, so I told her, so they started adding charges even for cleaning the acrylic under my nails, which didn’t get done, and even with all the charges she told me about, I got over charged. I don’t think I will go back, and I would recommend you ask for the prices ahead of time, so you don’t get overcharge, they are nice, but they also need more training.

Don’t waste your money or time- got a dip manicure on Sunday afternoon, by Tuesday morning my mail was peeling. I called to ask for a partial refund and was told no, cold weather can cause them to peel. Not on day 2 and not with a dip manicure.

I love the ladies at Nail Spa! I get dip powder tips mani and pedi’s and always walk away happy. They work really hard to fit all the clients in, walk in and appointments always with a smile. Highly recommend! Manicure, Dip powder, Nail extensions

My actual pedicure person was great. The owner’s daughter who speaks English is rude and abrasive. I have experienced her many times. She does not understand the concept of customer service. She is always heard of speaking of herself and her life experiences. I would not recommend if you are going there to relax and get a pedicure or manicure.

The reviews don’t do this place justice. I have tried the other salons in the valley, and this salon is the best. My pedicure was wonderful and very relaxing. The gel is still on after several weeks. I also have gotten gel nails and acrylic nails on separate occasions, and they have lasted a long time and look amazing. They have walk-in appointments available and I always enjoy my mani/pedis! The dog is not always in the shop, but he is very sweet, calm, and well-behaved. The ladies who work here are also so sweet and fun to talk to. Great prices and great service!

Inside wasn’t very clean, she finished me in 15 minutes. Not detailed at all. Felt rushed and totally not worth it. Just the worse.experience I have had. Won’t be returning. Their utensils didn’t seem clean including the buffer for my heals. So gross. I asked to not finish, left with no polish. Then they said they don’t accept CC. My guess is because people would dispute it with their CC company to get their money back. Venmo or cash only. Don’t GO HERE. I wanted to treat myself since I am.also in the industry and man oh man not worth it.

Me and my friend went to go get our nails done and we sat there for 4 hours! with only our toes done and i just had the nails on. not even an hour after getting home from the salon the gel polish started peeling, i went back the next day and the lady blamed it on the weather! would not recommend horrible service! Don’t think I’ll be coming here again. Was my second time there and the older lady cut most of my toes by filing them and using toenail clippers that were sharp. And one of my toes was bleeding and I got a $35 pedicure and got gel polish and they charged me 55$ . Pedicure
