Julie was my nail tech this morning and the second we got into the salon we were rushed to pick our colors and we’re judged on the color we picked. She was rude even when I was checking out. There was a lot of us waiting to pay and she picked me out of all my friends and said “are you going to pay.” Then proceeded to stare at the amount I was going to tip. She has horrible customer service. Very disappointed, I would never have her again.

You can expect great service, not a fan of their pricing practices. They charge $1.00 for the tub liner. While getting a pedicure they informed me that they charge $30 EXTRA for gel when you’re already paying $60 for a pedicure!

I’ve been going there for around fifteen years. Always a great experience. They have continually improved their equipment and services, but the management has stayed the same friendly couple and they remember all their regulars, and even long-time semi-regulars like me, and our particular little preferences. Special note: it’s not just for women! Many families come in and you’ll regularly find local dads enjoying pedicures. 🙂

I’ve been coming to Nail Spa for over ten years, and I have never had a bad experience. They’re a smidge more expensive than many other places but they are absolutely worth it. The services I get are pedicures and facial waxing, with the occasional manicure. They’re pedicures are deliciously relaxing and creative! My favorites are the aloe vera and the gel pedicure. I highly recommend Nail Spa!
