Overpriced! I had an SNS color change, NO manicure. They didn’t massage hands or cut cuticles, just a polish change. They charged $50 and the tech told me she didn’t charge me for the “polish removal”. Yikes! I never pay this much in Baton Rouge! Also, they did not have a single DARK RED in SNS. I showed a picture and asked for a similar color. They had nothing! I gave it 3 stars because my nails look nice as far as shape and clean polish application. With this said, they aren’t smooth or shiny like I prefer.

Critical: Quality, ValueI got a pedicure, full set, and eyebrow wax and was OVERCHARGED $127. There is no way a full set or pedicure costs more than $50 and I know a simple eyebrow wax does not cost $27. I asked for coffin nails, but WHAT ARE THESE? I asked for a design and she messed it up so I told her to just put them all white before she finished the second finger. The only thing that was good was the pedicure, so I will give two stars. Overall, I will not be returning and I would not recommend. The people are nice and quick but I will never go back to this salon! . I’ve gotten my nails done millions of times over the nine years I’ve been getting an overlay on my natural nails. Today I went into this shop because they were open on a Sunday. I got a pedicure, paint and a refill. On the wall of services, it stated that is was $30 for a pedi and $15 for a refill. When I paid, my total was $75! Never have I paid 45 dollars for a refill. It doesn’t even cost that to soak off and apply new acrylic! This place will never receive my business again!

The worse experience I’ve ever had. I was there for three hours. Young girl redid gel nails two times. I wasn’t gonna give her a third strike. The second girl did better. I was quoted one price and after all their mess up tried to charge me more. But I wasn’t paying not another penny more and I did not give one penny for a tip. I would never go back again.
