Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI LOVE NAIL SPA! I do walk in’s and appointments, and I’m never disappointed! The people are so sweet and professional, the atmosphere is very “typical nail salon”, But it’s a overall great place to come if you’re in pekin and need a solid place to get your nails done. I’m very busy but they almost ALWAYS got time to do your nails.I’ve been coming here since late September and it’s currently January, and plan to come here more in the future! I LOVE NAIL SPA! I do walk in’s and appointments, and I’m never disappointed! The people are so sweet and professional, the atmosphere is very “typical nail salon”, But it’s a overall great place to come if you’re in pekin and need a solid place to get your nails done. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy sister and I got right in! THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING! I was so shocked! We didn’t know what to expect as we have always ended up at the Nail Expert salon in the past! I will say Nail Spa is my new favorite! The owner is so nice and professional! I have never been consistent with my nail appointments as my last one was in 2013! BUT… I think I will be back soon! I love them! Thanks so much for getting us in and doing such a great job! My sister and I got right in! THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING! I was so shocked! We didn’t know what to expect as we have always ended up at the Nail Expert salon in the past! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am not one to leave bad reviews, but this is just ridiculous. They used tips that were too small, as you can see, the tips angle upward, the nail art is mediocre. Not worth $55. Rude woman as well. The last pic was my reference photo, they are nothing alike.Service: Acrylic nails

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a GREAT time getting my nails done. I had no plan on what I really wanted. Just simply wanted my nails done. I let the artist have complete creative freedom and she came up with this amazing color combination and fun design! I will definitely be back.Also- ignore the negative reviews and give them a shot! They are quick! That’s what people must be mistaking for rude. If anything i think the owner is running a great nail salon and takes advantage of his speedy techniques to get more customer serviced. So give this place a shot!! Judge for yourself. I can’t wait to go back and let them play with my nails!Thanks again!! See you in a couple weeks for a fill!
