The cost has gone up and they now have a lot of uncertified people performing services. Never get a elbow wax done here. I witnessed the technician use the same stick multiple times dipping it into the wax causing contamination. The best nail technician they had was Lee and I no longer see her when I go there and so I don’t have my nails done. Time to find somewhere else to go because they are super slow now.

My best friend went here for her birthday, and they ruined the entire day for her. She asked for just a little cleaning around her eyebrows and they took almost all of them off. Even seeing how upset she was, they still charged her for the horrible service they provided her. Do NOT go here!

If I could give this NO stars I will today is my birthday I went in thier to get my eyebrows cleaned up a little she waxed off 90 percent of my eyebrows I’m literally in tears thier so thin I never seen something so bad and she still had the nerves to charge me 10 dollars. Im just so hurt and upset now ill be spending my birthday in my house where no one can see me because it’s that horrible I will never go here again this really broke my spirit.

It was an awesome experience. The place is very nice and very clean, Sammie did my pedicure as well as my manicure. She was very patient and just took a lot of time and what she was doing. My granddaughter 17 months had to meet me there and they were patient with her and real friendly. I think imma get my nails done more often. It’s just a nice clean not overcrowded place. They do a lot of extras like lotion gloves while they were doing my pedicure extra massages and heat on my legs this beautiful. I 100% recommend this nail spa. And I am a real person!
