Critical: Professionalism, ValueRude. Poor service. Catered to their regular customers. Actually stopped doing my pedicure to cater to someone else. Didn’t grab my gel polish so I had to verify the numbers again. Made me finish my gel polish light cure and I smudged one, but I was so livid that I didn’t want to stay to get it fixed because I was just fed up with this place. Rude. Poor service. Catered to their regular customers. Actually stopped doing my pedicure to cater to someone else. Didn’t grab my gel polish so I had to verify the numbers again. Made me finish my gel polish light cure and I smudged one, but I was so livid that I didn’t want to stay to get it fixed because I was just fed up with this place. Never going here again ever.

Critical: ProfessionalismI originally went in for 2 fills (my friends & mine). They did a good job on them, but they charged me $100 for the two of us just to get fills.Fast forward to today: I came in to get my acrylic nails removed. Their sign clearly states it is $10 for removal.. when I went to pay the lady told me it was $15. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent here today for the first time. One word: AMAZING! Both staff members were sooooo nice. Fun conversation, joking around, and not to mention amazing quality!! I did “Dipping” for the first time and I was SO impressed! It’s like a step up from gel nails. I definitely found my new favorite nail salon!! 10 stars if I could!!

If you can’t do round shape just say that, don’t argue with the customer on what you think is better, or why you can’t do it correctly, when I’ve had it done hundreds of times. My nails looked bad abd lumpy afterwards. I knew I was going to be unhappy with the finished product. But the best part was, when she asked me do I want to do it myself, and my response was, No that’s what I’m paying you for, but I do wish now that I had done it myself.
