Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love getting my nails done here, especially by Cindy! They are always so friendly and make room even if I don’t have an appointment. My gel manicures by Cindy last at least 3 weeks, without a single chip, because she puts so much effort into every detail. I usually come with an idea in mind, or a picture, and she is always able to give me what I want. One time, I broke a nail and went in and she fixed it perfectly, free of charge. I love getting my nails done here, especially by Cindy! They are always so friendly and make room even if I don’t have an appointment. My gel manicures by Cindy last at least 3 weeks, without a single chip, because she puts so much effort into every detail. I usually come with an idea in mind, or a picture, and she is always able to give me what I want. One time, I broke a nail and went in and she fixed it perfectly, free of charge. I will not get my nails done anywhere else!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been coming here for a little over a year, and never had any complaints. I usually get a gel manicure. This last time I came in at 5:30PM the Wednesday before thanksgiving, Lani put my nails in tinfoil and acetone (the usual) let it sit for maybe 1 minute (usually 15 minutes) and then she proceeded to file my nails down to absolutely nothing trying to get the gel off. I left with this paint job (picture attatched). My nails were so painful afterwards. I don’t think I will ever come back. I paid 40$ for nails that were not even fully painted around the sides, and I had to go home and clean around my nails with remover to make them look neater. I have been coming here for a little over a year, and never had any complaints. I usually get a gel manicure. This last time I came in at 5:30PM the Wednesday before thanksgiving, Lani put my nails in tinfoil and acetone (the usual) let it sit for maybe 1 minute (usually 15 minutes) and then she proceeded to file my nails down to absolutely nothing trying to get the gel off. She did a great job on my nails! I just got gel, so I thought she might rush me, but my cuticles were dry and awful, and she cleaned them up great without hurting me (I have terrible dry cuticles and I’ve had other places make me bleed a bunch and leave me with jagged edges but she took her time). She also shaped my nails exactly like I wanted. I’m a bit picky about my nail shape but she listened and did it just like I asked.My finished polish is very nice and even, I got a darker color and I don’t have any semi-transparent patches, its all evenly colored. Their prices are better and the work Cindy did is better than I’ve had at other nail salons in the area. I came in for a walk in appointment and saw Cindy. Cindy was very nice and friendly to me, even as a walk in appt. She did a great job on my nails! I just got gel, so I thought she might rush me, but my cuticles were dry and awful, and she cleaned them up great without hurting me (I have terrible dry cuticles and I’ve had other places make me bleed a bunch and leave me with jagged edges but she took her time).
