Critical: Quality, ValueI haven’t really heard great things about this place, but I thought I would give it a try because my nails needed done desperately and everyone has different experiences, but I should have went somewhere else because my nails look terrible. The shape is super uneven, he cut me multiple times causing me to bleed but acted like he didn’t see it until I spoke up, he was going so fast I had anxiety the whole time thinking he was going to keep cutting me, I asked him to file my nails again because they were super uneven and he didn’t listen whatsoever. He also put some of the pieces to the nail drill to soak in the same acetone that I soaked my nails in to get off my previous nails… which is very unsanitary.. I haven’t really heard great things about this place, but I thought I would give it a try because my nails needed done desperately and everyone has different experiences, but I should have went somewhere else because my nails look terrible. Positive: Quality, ValueWaited 45 minutes even after calling ahead and booking appointment but in the end, it was worth the wait. The guy that did my nails did an amazing job and they looked just as I wanted them. He took his time and didn’t rush even tho I was his last client. Definitely would still recommend this place over all!Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: QualityI came in for a balance with 2 missing nails my nails were pretty long. I asked for an ombré and I’m very unhappy with my outcome. From the shape to the application it’s just very upsetting. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed either. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI took my grandmother here to get our nails done. She hasn’t had her nails done in over 15 years. They made the moment more precious by being super friendly to her and I and the other people getting their nails done as well! It was a friendly fast experience and our nails look fantastic!
