Racist, I came in for pedicure and a fill in. I picked my color and was told which chair to go sit in and I did just that. While waiting a lady came in after me with NO APPOINTMENT and one of the guys finished up with the client he was working on run water for both of us and immediately started servicing her, then another worker came to me and took off my polish and went back to someone else. I politely gathered my belongings and left. I will NOT SUPPORT RACIST BUSINESS WHETHER IT IS SHOWN TOWARDS ME OR EVEN IF I SEE THEM SHOWING IT TOWARDS SOMEONE ELSE!!!

My wife and I have been here more than once (attempting to give this business a second chance) but it only got worse.. They were very rude both times, did not do a good job at all and up charged us at the very end for things that No Other nail spa charges for.. It’s very unfortunate that this is one of the only Nail Spas in Oakland where we live but regardless we will be driving further without hesitation to go where Nail Techs are friendly and take pride in what they do as an honest business..

When I was 3 months pregnant and still hormonal, they fixed my messed up nail polish, no questions ask bc they wanted to keep me smiling. I’m now 7 months pregnant and still working as a server. I wasn’t happy with them at all! Gave them 4 chances to do right! Sloppy work on my hands and feet each time. Charged a different price for the exact same work all 4 times! Even the lowest price was too much for lumpy nails!
