Critical: Professionalism, QualityIdk about the women since this was my 1st time there, but the guy that did my nails was awful. He was unfriendly, he didn’t listen, never even let me wash my hands. He does not know what he’s doing. I wouldn’t let him do my dogs nails. It was so bad that I don’t want my nails done again. Over the phone, I was told $10 for a manicure. Got there but only had few colors of nail polish, most were acrylic polishes, that’s $25. The dips are $30. Choose the dip for $30. Thought I’d get hand rubbed or personal attention. Oh no. This was nothing more than a over-priced color change. She answered a lot of phone calls and texts while she was doing my nails. After she was done with my nails, she put lotion in my hands and I got the privilege of putting the lotion on my hands. Think she was too busy-distracted to actually do my Nails! I won’t go back. This was my first and last trip here!

The place I normally go to was too busy so I thought I’d try this place down the street- the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I got the cheapest one because Im not confrontational and wouldn’t say anything if it was bad but didn’t want to pay 40/50 dollars if it wasn’t good. Great place. Amazing job every time I go there. On occasion you may have to wait a bit but it’s never terribly long and it’s worth it. Go on off times if possible or call ahead. Eyebrow waxing is great too. Super fast and she didn’t thin them out too much. Everything has been clean every time I have gone there. Not only are they less expensive than other places but I have found they consistently do a MUCH better job than the other places I have been to. Family owned and always the same people every time I go. Love it. I won’t be going anywhere else as long as these guys are here.

Love this place, they do such a great job. Never a disappointment mama does great at pedicures, she always gets my cuticles cleaned to the core. Christy and her husband both do a great job. Best manicures, they have a good color selection as well. Highly recommended for the price and service.

This place is disgusting. You can tell they don’t clean the chairs. Most of the polishes are thick and gummy, which means they’re old. They sat me down in the ped chair acting like they had someone to do my pedicure. No one told me I would be waiting for awhile. I sat with my feet in the water for a good ten minutes without anyone saying anything to me, so, fed up, I got up, dried my feet off and left. The place looks messy and dirty. I will never come back here. It looks so unsanitary. This was on a slow Wednesday at around 4pm, so it’s not like they were swarmed with people, keeping them too busy to help me. There were two women working on nails and one nail tech eating in the back while I just sat there. I am just appalled at their lack of service. Never again.
