I went for a set of nails and a pedicure, but luckily I changed my mind at the last minute and just got a manicure. From the beginning I had to leave when the man got angry because I told him that he only wanted the manicure. This gentleman who attended me did so very reluctantly (his face looked really uncomfortable and his gestures made me look bad) I felt so uncomfortable in this place, I really don’t recommend it to anyone. This review is not from an angry customer, on the contrary I just feel outraged. The guy grabbed my fingers as if in anger, he made me bleed and now that I’m at home it burns me a lot to wash my hands. From what I was reading in the previous reviews it’s not the first time it’s happened and it’s not because they were very busy because the place wasn’t full, there were only about 3 other people. I feel disappointed, I have visited other spas and it is the first time that they treat me so badly. I will not come back

Great local business. Have been having a stresful week and was looking to relax a bit. They took good care of me and my nails look great. I had been here several times in the Past few months. The last two times I had men who did my dip nails, both of them were rough with the drills they used, chipped my natural nails, then complained that I could not relax my fingers to suit them. This time my nails look really bad less than 24 hrs after they were done. I will not go back there again. I have been getting the powder dip nails for a couple of years other places in Sevierville and pigeon Forge, no one has ever told me before that it is my fault if they look bad because I , and most other women, just don’t know how to relax

I have not had my nails done in a few months, so I expected a little bleeding from my cuticles during a manicure. But I have never bled this much at a nail appointment and my finger is so sore! He was so rough! The first aid kit was even brought out for a band-aid. Multiple pieces of cotton were used with the ointment they use to get it to stop bleeding and then he would continue. Then he would go back to working on it or doing something else and it would bleed again. At the end, I yelped in pain and I think he finally realized how bad it was. He also would put the pulled out cuticles in the bowl where my hands were soaking. The older gentleman was also rough with my daughter for her first time getting a full set (she is young). He made some unkind remarks to her because she didn’t know things but she did not tell me until we got home. I honestly did not say anything about my nails because I was trying to give my daughter a fun girls day. When I got home and my finger was still bleeding, my husband went up there for a refund with my receipt and bank card used an hour before. They refused a refund unless I was the one who came back in, which I do not feel comfortable doing. Avoid!

Nails were beautiful. Went on a Saturday around 11:30. Said 20 minute wait. They soaked my nails during the wait. Young lady did awesome job on nails. As I was fixing to have my pedicure a family of 5 walked in. They took them in front of me and they did not have appointment. They did know them very well. By the time I left it was 3:15pm. Very long wait.

I have been going here for years !! But not anymore I just left first Anna !!. Desides she’s gonna cut off all my fake nails and then charge me 45 to put ombré nail polish on my reel nails which I never asked for ! I told her I needed them cut down and filled when I got there then I said aren’t you gokg to put some more fake nails on since you took all mine off I just had a new pair put on in may ! ! They are liars and scammers and I finally seen that today ! Never again ! I hope they shut down !
