Terrible customer service. Only put one coat on my gel nails where other places put 3. Cut my nails acrylic nails way to shot and then when I told them she yelled across the salon saying that is what I said. I said cut them a “LITTLE” because they were fill ins and now they are shorter than my real nails. Never will I go back to that place. I will drive to Russellville to go to Lee nails or the mall in Florence.

we tried to get past the rudeness but it was too much to bare. the lady who did my pedicure kept talking about how my toe nail was cut too short. over and over. getting loud. actually said to another worker “Look at this!” holding my foot up for everyone to see. They fussed at us about peeling off the Gel. I’ve been abused at this place. the job they did wasn’t as great either. the last time we went we got charged a 150 dollars. for a fill in and a pedicure. the older woman never talked to me. I’d tell her what I wanted she never responded. I wish I could remember the pedicure lady’s name. Lucy? Everytime I was in there she was loud and mean. I’ll never go back. it was just an awful place. Go somewhere else.

I usually drive to Florence but decided to try this “Spa”. My nails were long and neat and I just wanted an overlay. I came here for the first time. There was no wait… I sat down so the man started and the lady came over and worked on my quick service. Never saying one word to me but speaking to others in her native tongue. I had white tips painted w/ clear coat and I was done. $35 charge completely upset me because that price just does not fit the service but ok…finished pic below. I left and later noticed my natural tips were all separating from the acrylic. I lost nails left and right. A week later all nails are gone!

I had a pedicure done with gel pollish and they charged me 35.00. Are they crazy??? Then with in a week my big toe nail polish came off cause they used a drill to remove my old gel polish. Instead of soaking it off. Now here is the results. I will never go back!!

You will never get exactly what you ask for and you’ll pay too much for what you don’t want. I asked for an accent nail and she mumbled “okay” and never did it. I never have to wait when I come here, so you would think slow, right? No. They always rush and it shows. It’s a terrible place.
