I am a nail tech. I came here with my own implements wanting a pedicure cure she refused to do it saying she only trusts sharp tools from Vietnam, where does she think I get mine? Today I went for a French polish on my nails I was hoping it would last at least one day and three hours later it was all falling off and they charge me $17 which is ridiculous for regular polish and not even gel nail. they could’ve used better products although she did a good job mechanically

DO NOT GO HERE. I asked her to do pink and whites and I wanted the sides filed so it wasn’t extremely square. She proceeded to be condescending trying to tell me how I SHOULD want my nails. I’ve been getting pink and whites for years and it’s never been a problem for them to file the sides. She is mean and doesn’t deserve to own a business.

Visiting from out of town, in need of a color change. Technician did not greet me. She rudely asked if I had an appointment. I replied no ma’am. She said I must have one. I said okay (bc i resoect business policies), and proceeded to leave. Only for her to change her mind rudely agreed to provide services. The other technician was rude as well when I greeted her. If I didn’t need the color change, immediately…I would have gone somewhere else. Never coming here again. Much better & polite service in my city Houston, TX.

I’ve been going here for years with various owners and employees. It’s a typical nail salon, nothing stands out over other nail salons, but it’s convenient to my house. But I feel like over the years the quality is declining. The gel polish starts peeling in a week where it used to last me a whole month, makes me feel like its watered down. If there is anyone waiting they will rush through your manicure or pedicure so they won’t lose the next customer. Prices continue to rise even as quality is going down.

The pedicure chairs are super comfy! I’ve been going to this salon on a regular basis for a little over a year now and I’ve had nothing but great pedicures and acrylic nails! I’m very picky on my acrylics but they do a great job. You just have to tell them what you want for them to do it. Remember not everyone likes the same thing.
