Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI am updating my review on this business! The male business owner is absolutely horrible! He embarrassed me in front of the entire staff and customers! I simply asked him to help pick out a nail color. He stated he wasn’t going to help me. I then made a small joke to his wife Jasmine about him reminding me of my husband and not really having a good sense of humor. All completely innocent and not in any kind of mean way. He literally jumped up and said get out of here! You’re getting out! I asked Jasmine if he was serious and she wasn’t allowed to speak! He said don’t talk to her and that he makes the decisions! Get out he said again! He is the reason this business isn’t doing well! My grandmother and her friends stopped coming to this shop because of his same bad attitude towards paying customers. I absolutely adore his wife and other staff. But he can’t verbally come after his customers. I’m hopeful he improves how he treats people! He can’t just continue to degrade people! When you go for a relaxing spa day and get verbally attacked, you’ll definitely have a horrible experience! I’m still in my car crying and having an anxiety attack! I am updating my review on this business! The male business owner is absolutely horrible! He embarrassed me in front of the entire staff and customers! I simply asked him to help pick out a nail color. He stated he wasn’t going to help me.
