Incredible Nails
I had went into this salon because of the fact I was out of town and needed them done for the next day. I was in a rush when I got them done so I didn’t even noticed how bad they looked. They weren’t filed the way they’re supposed to be and started chipping the next day. My plans were Saturday so of course I didn’t go then. I tried Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday all in which they were closed but Tuesday I finally called and the owner answered and I explained to him my problem, which led to him saying stuff like “oh my god” “you should’ve said something when you were here” . I went in today, to see if they could refund or even just fix them, and was being told the same thing, over and over. They wouldn’t give me a refund or even fix them. The owner said “OH MY GOD IM DONE WITH THEM, JUST GIVE THEM A GIFT CARD.” Which the lady that was just saying the same thing over and over would not give us. Moral of the story this is the worst nail salon I have ever been to and will never be back.

I have been to ALOT of nail salons , but this place is a GEM . Victoria did mine , first visit . She was very very kind . She was Thorough, gentle and polite. I shake alot and I let her know . Sometimes its really bad, that day it was and she managed to handle it and not once did she hurt me … not only was she absolutely the sweetest women ever , she had conversations with me and not just the other employees .

Went in on a Saturday at 245pm. Gentleman finally acknowledged I was in the salon & asked what I needed. Told him Shellac Mani & Pedi. He told “it will be a long time because we just started on these people & only 2 people are working “. So, this will not be my nail salon. Saturday is a prime day for people who work M-F & you only staff 2 employees? Not a viable business plan.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis review is only to say why I did not get services here. I walked in this afternoon for a pedicure. There were three people working and they were all working on three customers . No one greeted me when I walked in. The guy working looked up at me and didn’t say anything but look at me. So I told him I was there for pedicure. He didn’t say anything got up and walked to desk and looked then told me 45 minute wait. They didn’t seem that busy but OK. I promptly left to take my business elsewhere where I was greeted and treated nice, not like I was getting on someone’s nerves. You almost had a new customer because this is close to where I live. I got my eyebrows done here before and they were good but I’ve gone back already 5 times and the lady won’t do my eyebrows anymore. Either she is not there or she said she doesn’t have time. I’m done coming back here. It takes like 15 or less minutes to do eyebrows. She seems uptight and kinda rude when I go in there and ask.
