First and foremost I have to say the receptionist, Christa is THE sweetest. I didn’t schedule an appointment prior to my visit, but she was able to squeeze me in with Tammy. I had the best experience I’ve had in a very long time. Tammy was kind, patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. She did such a good job!

If I could give this place a -10 I would. Walked in, receptionist did not respond to my greeting and walked away as I was talking. Shortly after, she came back to ask what I wanted. I was seated and a lady came out to change the polish. As I am looking at the color selections, she rudely asked 3 times what color I was getting. I was rushed to choose after which she began filing my nails AND MY SKIN. She aggressively brushed my nails, slapped my feet repeatedly with her hands, and scraped my skin with the brush. When polishing my nails she held my toes so hard that her nails were cutting into my skin. She got polish on my skin that dried and proceed to scrape at the polish WITH HER SHARP NAILS. After this terrible service, she quickly handed me a bill despite the fact that I had another service to be completed. Curiously, I questioned why the bill was $30 for a polish change (thinking maybe there was a misunderstanding but willing to pay if that was the price for the service). Based on her response, it was apparent that there was a language barrier. When I asked to speak with someone who spoke better English she said something in her native language to a neighboring tech and they both laughed. Fed up, I got up, paid my bill, and left. I don’t understand why I was treated with such hate from the very moment I walked in. I do not recommend . Be prepared for unexplainably rude service and disregard.
