Came in on a busy Saturday morning, was greeted and signed in. Only waited maybe 10 minutes and was seated. The nail tech was a very kind gentleman who gave me a gel manicure fill-in. I am absolutely pleased with how my nails came out! The process was relaxing and the nail tech was very receptive to what I asked for. 10/10 and I will be going back!!

I visited this salon out of convenience on the 26th. My daughter wanted her nails done for her birthday. She showed a picture and I asked HOW MUCH WOULD IT BE? They stated $50. To me if you saw the picture and answered the questions then $50 should be it. A simple I am not able to do this would have sufficed.

The guy doing my pedicure was nice but very rough and rushed through my pedicure. I’ve also never had my toenails so short and crooked in my life. And both of my big toes are cut into on the sides. On top of that it was 38 dollars for a basic regular polish pedicure. I just feel like at that price my toes should be perfect, and then I wouldn’t mind paying at all. I do enjoy when Antwan, Henry or Liam do my nails but I have had 0 luck with anyone else.

My daughter and I waited almost 2 hours today to get nails done and then a group of about 6 people come in…they had signed their names and left. They come back and were seated almost immediately to get their nails done. My daughter and I waited a little longer and then finally just left. Bad business. Should serve customers that had been waiting in lobby rather than letting people leave and come back to have service immediately.

Critical: QualityI went for a full set and one of my nails started to crack from the middle after 2 days of getting them done. My acrylic full set is very thin and they brake easily. The only thing they’re decent at is doing feet but they’re a bit rough with that also. The wait time is horrible and most of the time you have to stand up. I went for a full set and one of my nails started to crack from the middle after 2 days of getting them done. My acrylic full set is very thin and they brake easily. The only thing they’re decent at is doing feet but they’re a bit rough with that also. The wait time is horrible and most of the time you have to stand up.
