I visited this salon on 4/22/22. I was in the area to attend a wedding, and got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I waited about 25/30 minutes before I was shown to a pedi chair, which was no big deal because I didn’t have an appointment. They were slightly busy, but the nail tech was 100% rushing through everything. The pedicure was not enjoyable or satisfactory in the least, and I had to ask him to reshape a few of my fingernails several times, as well as request him to remove stuck bits of gels from under them. Not to mention, he was probably the least personable person I’ve met, and I felt like every request I made (which were very minor) was a huge inconvenience. I witnessed a couple come in to get pedicures, and one of the techs said it would be 30 minutes. The couple wrote down their names, and said they would be back. They returned in about 30 minutes, and were told it would be 20-30 more minutes AFTER the techs had taken other walk-ins. I chose a nude/beige color for my nails, which started turning to pink within an hour of being there. Within 6 hours, my nails were completely pink. Now, only 5 days later, the gel nails that I paid $95.47 for are already peeling off. I should have gone back the next day, and demanded a refund. Listen, I’m from West Virginia (the hillbilly headquarters of the world, right?), and I’ve never had such a terrible manicure or pedicure in my life. I’d like to add that I rarely ever do reviews, but I’m so angry that I wasted almost $100.00 on this place that I felt compelled. Save your money, and find another salon.

Critical: ProfessionalismI loved going to Nail Spa when the owner was in, however any time I call and Andy answers the phone he doesn’t want to do business he said they were super busy, when I got there only 3 ppl in the shop and 3 technicians. Very rude when I asked to look at gel colors, needless to say they will get no more of my money. I loved going to Nail Spa when the owner was in, however any time I call and Andy answers the phone he doesn’t want to do business he said they were super busy, when I got there only 3 ppl in the shop and 3 technicians. My last visit a few years ago was nice; so I decided I would revisit this place. Today was NOT, I went in for a full set. After mentioning to the tech numerous times about my nails being crooked, not shaped evenly, and powder unevenly applied. I was told repeatedly to just wait until the finished results. Once he was done ( I did not receive a top coat in which I should have received) I showed him my areas of concern. He did not fix them. I even went to the owner/manager. He told me this is how my nails are suppose to look. I only wanted someone to fix my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I have never seen anything of this sort. I paid full price for something that wasn’t done to my satisfaction and received no assistance in fixing. I will NOT return EVER!!!

Now it’s 2:45 my mother is just about done and that’s when the other technician decides she wants to start me. By this time I am upset and don’t want any services done.
