Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI never am the type to leave reviews but I’ve also never literally cried over how terrible I was treated and the quality of my nails are from any place. I have also NEVER paid over $110 for a full set and pedicure in my entire life. Not even 1 week later I’ve had 2 nails just pop off from the cuticle. Not of fault of my own. The first one 2 days ago I called about and they had me come in and told me “I’ll fix it this time for free next time I will charge you…” as if this was my fault? She said the reason it just popped off was because I had such short nails and no nail bed?! I’ve never had this happen before….the picture below shows you I do have short nails but plenty of nail bed to have the full set properly applied. The fixed nail looked terrible and was only 1 coat of polish and is muddy looking due to only having 1 coat slapped on real quick. When I went originally for my pedicure and full set I waited 20 mins before being seen and it was far from enjoyable. The guy who did my pedicure was really aggressive and you could tell by his demeanor he was miserable and just wanted to rush me out. I never am the type to leave reviews but I’ve also never literally cried over how terrible I was treated and the quality of my nails are from any place.
