The owner Tony is horrible. We waited with an appointment over 45 minutes, he cut my skin, he couldn’t paint a straight line on a French pedicure, and then he cut all my nails off before asking how I wanted them. And then he was super rude about it and tried to charge me when I walked out, stating he would take it out of the other girls tips/pay. Do not give him your money or your time. The women who work there seemed nice enough but I feel bad they have to work for him.

Every time I go here to get my nails done I am more than pleased with how they turn out. Everyone is welcoming and very friendly. (My grandparents agree!!). They take care of their clients and treat us with kindness. They’re very professional and clean. I’d recommend Nail Spa to anyone! (Ask for Tony! He’s great .. everyone is great though, too!!)

Critical: QualityI was really disappointed with my experience. I went in to get my gel tips filled. My right thumb was cracked and instead of redoing the nail, he just glopped on a ton of gel and filed it. It hurt, it’s crooked and sloppy.They were cut insanely short, and within 4 days I have three chipped nails and a giant piece has come off my right nail. I will definitely not go back. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLiterally the worst mani/pedi I’ve gotten in 20 years!!! If I could give no stars, I would. Not worth it at all and they’re rude!!! They don’t use lotion or any moisturizing products. The manicurist cut me and tried to wipe it with a paper towel. Service was rushed and overall a bad experience.
