Booking an appointment online was easy, and I appreciated that they confirmed right after I scheduled as well as a couple of days before the actual appointment.

I’m a pretty new customer to this salon. I like the way my nails are done by everyone I’ve had thus far. However, I went in on Sunday to get SNS and when the woman was finished, we looked at my nails & noticed a big bump in 1 of them. She filed it down, put a gel coating that required UV light and I was out of there. The next morning, less than 24 hours later, I noticed the nail was messed up. Immediately called to make an appointment to fix. I was not annoyed this happened and they were very accommodating and I got in the next day. When I got to the salon today, the woman at the front desk asked me what color I had on & I tried to remember & said “w4”. She looked confused and asked me again. I said “oh I thought it was w4”. She looked at the lady sitting at the first table next to her desk, said something in their language and they both, along with others immediately began laughing. This embarrassed me and it was extremely unprofessional. I became angry after being laughed at and said to the woman at the front “would you like me to pick out the color?” She said yes. SURPRISE! You do have colors beginning with W. To be exact, we found my color was WW10. The way they made me feel in front of the entire salon was NOT okay.

I like the fact that I can schedule an appointment in advance and be seen without waiting. The establishment is clean and the services are excellent. Staff is friendly and very skilled. There is ample parking and I like the overall atmosphere of the business.

Been there before good service. There’s one lady who stopped me in the middle of getting a manicure and asked me to pay first. Maybe because i was black. She was giving me a back massage like i was her worst enemy, which i then asked her to stop massaging me! Manicure
