Critical: QualityFirst and last visit. My mom smudged her big toe cuz the tech used the wrong process. They failed to pick up shoes as we changed stations. The clear nail polish, from my regular manicure, started peeling the next day. This is the second time a tech has used gel polish materials like nail lacquer. IT DOESN’T WORK, LADIES. First and last visit. My mom smudged her big toe cuz the tech used the wrong process. They failed to pick up shoes as we changed stations. The clear nail polish, from my regular manicure, started peeling the next day. This is the second time a tech has used gel polish materials like nail lacquer. IT DOESN’T WORK, LADIES. I came in for an acrylic removal. One lady started me and then left to do a wax. She told me she would be back in 20 mins. She never came back! Another tech took over and had her drill on so high she was burning my natural nail. She ends up leaving mid service to do a pedicure. So another tech came over to finish the service. But this tech was in training so she didn’t know what she was doing. 3 techs, 4 finger nail foil wrap removals later & a hour & a half of my time wasted just to be unhappy. I don’t recommend this place! #terrible

I have never been treated this badly by a nail tech. Long story short, after showing the tech what I wanted & redirecting her to correct my shaping, she became visibly frustrated and it just went downhill from there. I asked for my nails to be taken off because I hated everything about it. She yanks my hand and after cutting them find she shoos me away! Needless to say, I will never step foot in this establishment

One of the ladies broke Half of my girlfriends real nail off trying to take off her fake ones and manager still insisted it wasn’t a problem and tried to make her nail tech still do her nails for the money. She was inside for 15 minutes, didn’t even offer first aid(bandaid or anything), or any type of discount as an apology.. Nail still healing after a month and 2 weeks

Although the staff were nice and accommodating because I came in maybe a hour and a half before they closed BUT It’s sad that I had a bad experience because it started off really well! I explained I have a funeral to go to tomorrow and she ensured me she would do a good job. I feel like she rushed everything, she cut me so bad on my cuticle it wouldn’t stop bleeding she had to put alcohol on it to stop it. She didn’t even say sorry. The nail polish wasn’t cleaned off my nails, the nail polish was clumpy, my skin is peeling off, my nails are too thick. Just all around bad. I posted a pic. All French tip, wasn’t worth $90. Although the staff were nice and accommodating because I came in maybe a hour and a half before they closed BUT It’s sad that I had a bad experience because it started off really well! I really can’t even begin to describe how bad this place is. I went in for dip and they literally ended up putting it over my cuticle on to the skin on my finger. She also ripped a bit of the skin off my finger when she was sanding down my nail. Their tools did not look clean and now I worry I may have an infection. They were rude and on top of everything they charged me $50. The only thing I liked about the experience/ product was the color. I do not recommend.

They cut corners on my youngest. Conveniently separated me from her to do a manicure where I couldn’t see that they were not giving her the full experience. I strongly believe it was intentional. My daughter told me when we got in the car and said she tried to tell me but I was too far away. Its been 3 days and my nails are peeling already. My girls nails are peeling as well.Plus, they are price gouging because of covid. I paid more than 100 for all 3 of us plus tips. Will never return. Don’t waste your time .
