I went to this business 12/23/2022. I will NEVER be back. I asked for a gel pedicure. It took two and a half hours for the service to be completed. The first thirty minutes of my pedicure my feet were not even placed into water. After the half energy (and 30 second, I timed the second one) massage i got, the woman doing the service got up and was replaced by a man. He immediately began reshaping my toes as she had done a terrible job. He filed them down so far that it hurt. He then rinsed my feet off and did not reapply oil or lotion. He attempted to apply the first polish that was a glitter color, but was unable to do so so he had me choose another color. When he was finally done he left me with ashy feet and I had to ask for oil and rub it in myself. When I spoke to the owner Ms.Mimi, she told me that the best she could do is give me a polish change or 50% off. Why would I come back again and pay for you to fix what you messed up? My toenail literally was filed down so low it hurts after I told them I did not want them cut down at all. Do not go here, you will regret it. I took these pictures immediately after leaving.

Just wow got pedi and gel. Holy Smokes, this woman Nancy did exfoliating massage on my legs with orange slices!!!! And then did amazing massage with different creams! Just amazing so much work and care for amazing price. I’ll definitely come again!!!!

I love this nail spa. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, stopped about 15 months ago thinking I could take care of my own nails. Lesson learned, I can’t. There is no other place I would come to have my fingernails done and no one other than Mimi I would want to see. She does a fabulous job every single time. I’m trying the dip because I read it is much healthier for your nails and I love it. I highly recommend this salon for nails and pedicure needs.

I had the worst nail experience of my life at this salon. 2 hours for a regular manicure and pedicure and I had to go home and remove the polish. Very disappointed. I did complain when I was leaving, but I did not have time to have a whole new manicure nor did I trust that it would be corrected after the horrible experience I had.

There were two of them on the nail polish shelves and then when my 9 year old cousin pointed it out i told her to ignore it. There was another spider around three inches walking around and no one did anything about it. They sat us down after about ten minutes but after about 30 minutes another customer walked in and the lady told me to wait aside while she did the other girls nails even though i made a reservation. She ended up making we wait for over an hour before painting my nails which is outrageous. Actually painting my nails only took about 5 minutes and she did such a sloppy job. We showed them extremely simple designs which she was unable to do and it wasn’t neat. Don’t get me wrong the employees are super sweet but the whole thing was not professional. will not be going here again. There were two of them on the nail polish shelves and then when my 9 year old cousin pointed it out i told her to ignore it.
