This salon used to be nice. Whoever has taken it over needs to make major improvements. Went in for a pedicure before a big trip last summer and the polish came off after 3 days. Tried once more about a month ago. Paid up for callus removal. The lady was using some kind of rough scrubber, felt like a Brillo pad. Sad thing is, there was no callus on the side of my foot where she was using it. It made a hole in my foot which started bleeding. She didn’t even acknowledge the bottom of my foot where the callus was until I pointed it out to her. My foot is still healing. I had been using this salon for years but never again!

I came in to remove my acrylics and the woman just ripped them off my nails. She left my finger nails so damaged and she could have done a lot worse.
