I called to see what time they closed at 6:45pm. The man answered and said we close at 8 but are super busy right now. It didn’t sound busy on the phone so i went anyways. All i needed was to get my nails soaked off and nothing else. I get to the nail place and nobody is inside but this one man and he said he couldn’t do me because his appointment was on the way. He couldn’t do that one simple thing. But also lied to me on the phone saying he was super busy when he actually had no body there at all. I am super upset and angry about this situation. You would think they want more money to come in so they’d accept anything that walked through the door. especially when there was one more hour left of being open.

Everybody except for a couple of people were wearing a mask, which was ok since all the clients were spaced 6′ plus apart and they had great ventilation with the front & back doors open. The owner was very professional and nice on the phone when making the appt & the shop was very clean with simple nice decor. Jenny was my nail technician and she was on time and did a great job. Great place for mani/pedi! Everybody except for a couple of people were wearing a mask, which was ok since all the clients were spaced 6′ plus apart and they had great ventilation with the front & back doors open. The owner was very professional and nice on the phone when making the appt & the shop was very clean with simple nice decor. Jenny was my nail technician and she was on time and did a great job. Henry & the ladies that work at The Nail Shop are skilled, friendly, and clean! I really enjoyed my visit and the prices are very fair. Henry is genuinely a good man who cares about his staff and his clients. I would definitely recommend The Nail Shop to anyone looking for a great nail salon!

My second time going. The first time I got a pedicure and my toes and feet had never looked so good. I went back a couple weeks later to get my nails done and was very pleased with my nails! I have gotten many compliments on how good my nails and toes look! Sam was the one to do both my pedicure and manicure! She did great and I will be returning to see her!

I had one of the most unique experiences getting my nails done here! My stylist was extremely kind, not to mention the fact that she actually cared about the job she did!! I am 30 years old and I have never gotten a manicure included *FOR FREE* in my full set simply because the stylist is GRADE A not to mention not just doing her job for the money!!! I am DEF going back my next vacation to TN!!!! THANKS AGAIN!!

Best place I’ve ever worked. Clean. Like a family. We always try to fit in as many as we can hours are 10 to 8 but take last appointment no later than 7. Appointments are better if walkins and we are busy we cant fit you in.
