Rude. Rude. Rude. I walked in without an appointment, learned quickly (through a rude greeting) that I needed to have an appointment. I apologized and asked if they had any openings that day or the next… I had flexibility. The owner not only rolled her eyes but just said they were booked and offered no options for another day. She made me feel bad for even walking into the building and offering her my business. There are 4 nail salons within a mile of each other on this street – I suggest going to ANY of the other 3.

This is my FAVORITE place to get my nails done! The ladies there are so sweet and do an amazing job! It’s a quaint little shop with a family feel. I have never had a poor experience there out of the severl visits I’ve made over the years. Love it! Five stars!

The girl that did my acrylic refill was amazing, but the ones who did the paint was absolutely awful. I have never had nails done this bad before. There are gaps, and it looks like she painted them on with a sponge. You can literally see through the polish to the nail

Awful EVERYTHING. Went in for an acrylic manicure for myself and niece on her birthday. Both our sets were chipping and popping off withing 1 day. They were also totally deformed looking, not natural at all. Definitely not worth the $65 spent on nails and tip. Service was sub par as well. They do not like walk-ins as well according to the conversation had by an employee and customer.

So unwelcoming. Walked in asked if they do eye brows assuming they do because most nail salons do. They told me they were too busy… said the other girl wasn’t there and told me to come back later. I told them I couldn’t come back later and I asked if I could wait, the woman said “No you come back later.. we kinda busy right now.”

They do a pretty good job, depends on who does ur stuff and how u like it done so if u go in try more then 1 person to find which person u think does the best job. Prices r good, a little high but u pay for wat u get and places that I’ve gone to save a couple bucks don’t do as good of a job.

Very disappointed with this place went here with my girlfriend today to try after called and asked what time they were open and the woman said 730. So we drove out here about 15 mins she walks in at 6:50 and the woman tells her they close at 7:30 and to come back tommorrow. What is the point of being open until 7:30 if you guys stop taking people 40 minutes before you close? You lost her bussiness as well as our friends and family.
